Complex data integration
A biotechnology organization needed a way to database and index research data that was not able to be stored and searched. ArtusLabs created a custom database solution that is more than a registry and more than a screening results database. The system allows the organization to store, search and correlate data to previously un-structured content. Fitting a big gap in the research operations of the company, this system serves as the central repository for research in the company.
Knowledge retention during organizational change
A large biotech organization had a reduction in force and needed to capture the intellectual property of its legacy efforts. Ensemble along with some custom import work was utilized to create a solution that archived the scientific knowledge in a way that is searchable by structure, keyword, and full text searching within documents so that the organization could be assured that the intellectual assets could be retrieved in the future when programs are restarted or partnered out.
Increased efficiency through better chemical reaction searching
A major life science company wanted to search and catalog all reaction data within the organization to make synthetic chemists more efficient.
